Hello Neighbor has an August release date
The stealth-horror game which has taken YouTube by storm finally has a release date. The anticipated game will be launching on August 29th for PC however, the developer has some other news up their sleeve.
It’s coming to Xbox One. Better still, the Xbox One version will be releasing on the same day as the PC version.
For those who don’t know anything about the game, here’s what you can expect:
Hello Neighbor is a stealth-horror game where the player must sneak into their neighbor’s house to uncover his secrets which are locked behind the basement door. It sounds simple but the AI is actually incredibly intelligent. It learns and adapts to tactics used by players. If players enter through a specific window then he’ll place a bear trap there or around the window. If players like to waltz on in through the front or backdoors then he could set up some cameras to alert him when you enter the area. On top of this, he knows all of the shortcuts through the house.
The game features multiple houses and provides players with plenty of freedom on how to approach the situation. However, there are certain things the player must do if they intend to get into the mysterious basement.
Hello Neighbor is now available for purchase in the Steam Early Access Program of $30. It’s uncertain if the game’s price will remain the same once it’s released in August.
