SNES Classic rumored to launch in time for Christmas

According to Eurogamer, who correctly reported on almost every detail about the Nintendo Switch prior to its reveal, Nintendo discontinued the NES Classic because they plan to launch the SNES Classic in time for holiday 2017.

Nintendo ended production on the NES Classic last week despite its overwhelmingly high demand. The unit, which was a miniature NES, containing 30 classic Nintendo game has been incredibly difficult to come by since it’s launch.


There is no word on what games might be on the SNES Classic, let’s hope for Super Mario World and Chrono Trigger. What games do you guys wanna see on this year’s best stocking stuffer?
